Rice Water Pt. 1: <\/p>\n
—\u27e3 – RICE WATER RECIPE – \u27e2—<\/p>\n
Ingredients —————————-
\n\u263c 1 cup rice
\n\u263c 2 cups water
\n\u263c Grapefruit Peel (as much as you like)
\n\u263c1 tsp Fo Ti Root
\n\u263c \u00bd TBSP Shikakai extract<\/p>\n
Steps —————————-
\n1. Wash Hands
\n2. Rinse rice to remove contaminants (the Yao women keep the rice from this step)
\n3. Mix Rice and Water and scrub for 5 minutes (up to 10 if ya fancy)
\n4. Strain out the rice and transfer water to pot
\n5. Add grapefruit peel, fo ti, and shikakai\u00a0
\n6. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 minutes
\n7. When cooled transfer to container and store in a cabinet for 3-7 days.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Application —————————-
\nTransfer to spray or squirt bottle and apply roots to ends until saturated. *Avoid Eyes.
\nAllow to sit for 20-30 minutes.
\nIn the shower before rinsing, give your scalp a gentle scrub.
\nRinse the formula and follow with conditioner if desired. <\/p>\n
