It&#8217;s a workout from my 4 week Lean program available on my web app! Each workout is just 30 minutes long and focuses on building lean muscle and burning fat.<\/p>\n<p>In this workout we&#8217;ll power through two upper body circuits including quick burnouts between each one. Then we will finish with a spicy Tabata finisher to make sure you&#8217;re really feeling the burn!<\/p>\n<p>The pace is steady and controlled, maximizing time under tension to build lean muscle while reinforcing good form and posture.
