The US-backed Board of Peace was established in January to lead the Gaza reconstruction efforts and oversee the US ceasefire agreement.
The 3-phase plan was endorsed by the UN Security Council.
It was meant to Israel’s gradual withdrawal, and a Palestinian transitional administration installed.
But the reality tells a different story.
