Two Phoenix, Arizona police officers, Benjamin Harris and Kyle Sue, have been given a paid vacation from the department after they falsely arrested a deaf man, who also suffers from cerebral palsy, after taking another man’s assault accusation at face value, instead of investigating the 911 caller’s claim and doing some real police work.
