\nKhalil al-Hayya, head of the Palestinian group in Gaza, says four Israeli captives\u2019 bodies will be handed over in Gaza on Thursday and six more living captives on Saturday as part of the first phase of the ceasefire deal.
\n\u201cHamas has proven, along with the resistance, its seriousness in implementing the agreement with full responsibility,\u201d he said. \u201cWe stress the need to oblige the occupation to implement all provisions of the agreement without procrastination.\u201d
\n\u201cThe enemy is still procrastinating and evading engagement in the second phase negotiations,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
