\nAl Jazeera\u2019s Sanad verification unit found at least six civilian flights were redirected.
\nHamas\u2019 armed wing. the Qassam Brigades, claimed responsibility for firing rockets towards Tel Aviv in response to Israel\u2019s ongoing attacks on Gaza.
\nThe incident marks the second flight disruption today, after Yemen\u2019s Houthis launched a rocket towards the airport earlier.
\nThe Times of Israel, quoting an Israeli police spokesman, reports that a rocket attack on central Israel claimed by Hamas did not result in any injuries.<\/p>\n
