The measures are designed to reduce the number of young people killed or seriously injured on Northern Ireland’s roads. <\/p>\n
Supporters argue the reforms will save lives and improve road safety. Young people argue that it limits their independence and won\u2019t affect everyone equally. <\/p>\n
