Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim says Alejandro Garnacho’s punishment for walking down the tunnel after being substituted is to pay for a team dinner.

Garnacho was the attacking player sacrificed after Patrick Dorgu was sent off for United against Ipswich on Wednesday night and instead of returning to the bench, the winger went straight to the dressing room.

Amorim said there is “no issue” with the player after Garnacho came to his office the following day to explain the situation.
