Learn how to make your own gum-free baking binder here: <a href=\"https:\/\/gfreefoodie.com\/how-to-make-gum-free-baking-binder-and-using-xanthan-guar-gum-in-gluten-free-baking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/gfreefoodie.com\/how-to-make-gum-free-baking-binder-and-using-xanthan-guar-gum-in-gluten-free-baking\/<\/a> )<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp. salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. baking powder<br \/>\n\u00b9\/\u00b3 cup cocoa<br \/>\n\u00bd cup oil<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n2 tsp. vanilla<br \/>\n1\u00bc cup sugar<br \/>\n\u00bc cup water (or cold coffee)<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly spray 8 x 8 inch square pan with cooking spray.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl combine flour, xanthan gum or binder (if needed), salt, baking powder, and cocoa. Mix and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, whisk oil and eggs together until combined. Add vanilla and sugar. Slowly mix in flour mixture and water. Once all flour is combined, spread evenly into pan.<\/p>\n<p>Bake on center rack for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs.<\/p>\n<p>Cool completely and serve.<\/p>\n<p>TIP : For more chocolate flavor add \u00bd cup chocolate chips.
