\n3 \u00bd cups gluten free flour (I used Bob\u2019s Red Mill 1 to 1 baking blend)
\n1 \u00bd tsps baking powder
\n\u00bc tsp salt
\n2 tsp poppy seeds (plus more for garnish)
\n1 cup butter, very well softened
\n1 cup sugar
\n2 eggs, room temperature
\n1 tsp vanilla
\n1 lemon, (zest for the dough & juice for the glaze)
\n1 \u00bd cups confectioner\u2019s sugar, sifted<\/p>\n
