Cinnamon stick<br \/>\n1 tsp ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp Coriander powder<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Yogurt \/ curd<br \/>\n1 tsp red Chilli powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1 tsp Biryani masala<br \/>\n2 Green chillies<br \/>\n1\/2 cup chopped coriander leaves<br \/>\n1\/4 cup chopped mint leaves<br \/>\n2 tbsp Saffron water<br \/>\n1 tsp Biryani Masala<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Coriander Leaves<br \/>\n2 tbsp chopped Mint leaves<br \/>\n2 tbsp fried Onion<br \/>\n2 tbsp ghee \/ clarified butter<br \/>\nDIRECTION:<br \/>\nWash rice well under cold water and soak rice in enough water for 30 mts.<br \/>\nHeat oil in a pan.<br \/>\nOnce oil is hot add cumin seeds and whole spices javetri, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, black peppercorns, bay leafs and mix well.<br \/>\nOnce whole spices start to pop, add onion, mix and cook till onion gets little browing around the edges.<br \/>\nAdd ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mix and cook for 2 mts.<br \/>\nAdd yogurt and mix well.<br \/>\nAdd green chillies, red chilli powder, biryani masala, garam masal and mix well.<br \/>\nAdd soaked and drained rice in to gravy, mix well.<br \/>\nAdd water, salt and mix well.<br \/>\nBring to a boil.<br \/>\nOnce the rice comes to a boil, lower down the heat to medium, cover and cook till most of the moisture is been absorbed in the rice.<br \/>\nCover and simmer on a very low heat for 15 mts.<br \/>\nOnce rice is cooked,fluff up the rice to separate each and every grain rice.<br \/>\nSprinkle some biryani masala.<br \/>\nAdd some saffron water.<br \/>\nAdd coriander leaves and mint leaves.<br \/>\nAlso spread some fried onion.<br \/>\nAdd tbsp of ghee or clarified butter.<br \/>\nCover and simmer on low heat for 10 more mts.<br \/>\nServe hot with raita, carrot raita,mint chutney<\/p>\n<p>More recipes at<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhavnaskitchen.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">http:\/\/www.bhavnaskitchen.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>More recipes at http:\/\/www.bhavnaskitchen.com Topics @ http:\/\/www.desiviva.com Download Bhavna&#8217;s Kitchen apps for Android, iPhone and iPad Like<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4401,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4392","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recipes"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/4392","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=4392"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/4392\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/4401"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=4392"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=4392"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/weightloss\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=4392"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
