Manchester-based alt-pop duo samxemma are stepping boldly into their next era — and honestly, it’s sounding very promising. After turning heads with their recent EP “HOT PEOPLE MAKE HOT MUSIC”, the Northampton-meets-San Diego pair are already teasing what’s to come with the upcoming “Us Forever” EP (landing March 20th). First up for 2026 is the lush and emotionally loaded “See See Where We Go,” and babes… it’s a mood.
From the start, Samxemma pulls us straight into their signature hyper-pop universe. Still, this time the edges feel softer, dreamier, and more emotionally immersive. Subsequently, the production floats with an almost cosmic glow. Shimmering synths, enveloping chord progressions, and that glossy, late-night energy that twilight clubbers absolutely live for. It’s still hyper-pop at heart, but there’s a clear evolution happening here that feels intentional and exciting.
