Now, I can already hear the questions: Doesn\u2019t <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eqmusicblog.com\/?s=kylie+minogue\">Kylie <\/a><\/strong>have a track with the same name? Is this a reimagining? The answer is a resounding no. Kylie recorded \u201c<strong>Je ne sais pas pourquoi<\/strong>\u201d for her iconic 1988 debut album \u201c<strong>Kylie<\/strong>,\u201d but these two tracks couldn\u2019t be more different in sound and style. Kylie embodies that classic disco and dance-pop flair we all love, while Stan Pratt is here to push boundaries with his bold, maximalist pop infused with an alternative edge.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, I see a parallel between Stan and the current alt-pop sensation <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eqmusicblog.com\/?s=chloe+qisha\">Chloe Qisha<\/a><\/strong>, who holds a degree in psychology. Stan brings a unique twist of his own, boasting a degree in neuroscience. (Surprised? I certainly was!). While I\u2019m not aware of him covering any of Kylie\u2019s tracks. I can confidently say that his rendition of <strong>Bronski Beat\u2019s<\/strong> \u201c<strong>Smalltown Boy<\/strong>\u201d is a must-listen (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/stanley-pratt-992685805\/smalltown-boy-cover\">check it out here<\/a><\/strong>). It\u2019s a brilliant interpretation that showcases his unique style!<\/p>\n<p>When exploring new music and emerging artists, I always trust my instincts. In this case, I can\u2019t help but feel an overwhelming sense of excitement about Stan Pratt. I genuinely believe I\u2019m in for the long haul with his sound.
