Where the album leaned into introspection and personal growth, this new single flips the energy outward \u2014 confident, flirtatious, and irresistibly kinetic.<\/p>\n<p>Once again teaming up with trusted collaborator and producer <strong>Massimo Braghieri<\/strong>, the duo crafts a sleek, sexy dancefloor thumper that thrives on tension and release. The production pulses with high energy, while shimmering synths and driving rhythms create a dizzying, late-night allure. I was on a quest to find synth sounds that were used on 80\u2019s dance tracks and the production took another direction which I\u2019m so pleased with.\u201d\u00a0<strong>Rhian<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Up &amp; Down<\/strong>\u201d feels like a reminder of why pop music matters with its ability to hold space for emotional messiness while still making you move. As Rhian! steps into 2026 with renewed confidence and a clear sonic vision, this release doesn\u2019t just signal a return.
