{"id":6045,"date":"2026-02-01T19:06:21","date_gmt":"2026-02-01T19:06:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/worldpostone\/2026\/02\/01\/lil-rod-says-he-isnt-done-with-diddy-yet\/"},"modified":"2026-02-01T19:06:21","modified_gmt":"2026-02-01T19:06:21","slug":"lil-rod-says-he-isnt-done-with-diddy-yet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicheblog.top\/worldpostone\/2026\/02\/01\/lil-rod-says-he-isnt-done-with-diddy-yet\/","title":{"rendered":"Lil Rod Says He Isn&#8217;t Done With Diddy Yet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/allhiphop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Diddy-13.png\" \/><\/p>\n<div wp_automatic_readability=\"67.48111332008\">\n<p>Lil Rod has made his position clear: the music producer isn\u2019t backing down from his legal fight against Diddy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fight is still on,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/allhiphop.com\/tag\/lil-rod\">Lil Rod<\/a> told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themirror.com\/entertainment\/celebrity-news\/diddy-accuser-rodney-jones-lawsuit-1653527\"><em>The Mirror US<\/em><\/a> at the ASCAP brunch in Los Angeles on January 30. \u201cThere are still charges pending against him, and some of those charges we do plan on bringing back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lil Rod filed a $30 million lawsuit against <a href=\"https:\/\/allhiphop.com\/tag\/diddy\">Diddy<\/a> in February 2024. <a href=\"https:\/\/allhiphop.com\/news\/lil-rod-threatens-expose-more-of-diddy-co-conspirators\/\">He accused the Hip-Hop mogul of sexual harassment, drugging and assault during production of the <em>Love<\/em> album from 2022 to 2023.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A federal judge dismissed five of Lil Rod\u2019s nine claims in March 2025. But key allegations survived. Sexual assault claims against Diddy and his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, can move forward. Trafficking and premises liability allegations also remain active.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRight now the case is in discovery,\u201d Lil Rod explained. \u201cYou can Google and search around.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Diddy sits in federal prison serving a four-year sentence. He was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation for prostitution purposes. The jury acquitted him on more serious sex trafficking charges.<\/p>\n<p>Lil Rod called Diddy\u2019s imprisonment overdue justice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a start,\u201d he said. \u201cHe\u2019s escaped a lot for many decades and this is the first time he\u2019s actually sat behind bars and answered to anything.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The producer believes people should feel satisfied with the current outcome. \u201cSo I think we all should be at least a little satisfied with that for the moment,\u201d Lil Rod added.<\/p>\n<p>Lil Rod said his connection to Diddy was strictly professional. Justin Combs, Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge and former Motown CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam were also included.<\/p>\n<p>Judge J.
