Black Label Society<\/a><\/strong> officially kicked off its 2026 North American tour on Friday night, March 6 at the Mission Ballroom in Denver, CO, treating fans to a career-spanning set that included a surprise revival of Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong>‘s classic “No More Tears.”<\/p>\n The performance marked the first time the song had been played live by Black Label Society<\/strong> since 2001. Fans may recall that a studio recording of the band’s take on “No More Tears” appeared as a bonus track on the 1999 North American edition of Black Label Society<\/strong>‘s Sonic Brew<\/em> album.<\/p>\n Zakk Wylde<\/strong>, who was Osbourne<\/strong>‘s guitarist for nearly four decades, has played on every solo album by the metal icon outside 2020’s Ordinary Man<\/em>. That includes legendary records like No More Tears<\/em>, Ozzmosis<\/em>, and Black Rain<\/em>, cementing Wylde<\/strong>‘s status as one of heavy metal’s most formidable guitarists.<\/p>\n Black Label Society<\/strong> will release their new studio album, Engines of Demolition<\/em> on March 27. Engines of Demolition<\/em> captures what frontman Zakk Wylde<\/strong> describes as an emotional and creative journey shaped by years of constant motion. Wylde<\/strong> began writing the album in 2022 while on the road with the Pantera<\/strong> Celebration World Tour, continuing work through 2025.<\/p>\n “Engines of Demolition<\/em> is a sincere ride through the peaks and valleys of the last four years from start to finish,” Wylde<\/strong> says. “Some of the highest highs and lowest lows and everything in between.”<\/p>\n Among the album’s most talked-about moments is :Ozzy’s Song,” which Wylde<\/strong> calls the most personally profound and heartfelt ballad he’s written to date. The track serves as a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong>, the artist who gave Wylde<\/strong> his first major break and helped shape his legendary career.
