Prayers for the family.<\/p>\n<p>Police had to subdue em and he was murdered. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/gNbQOBwXTk\">pic.twitter.com\/gNbQOBwXTk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 IG: Mickey.Factz (@MickeyFactz) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MickeyFactz\/status\/2043132171305558154?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 12, 2026<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/d><br \/>\n<\/d><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/04\/11\/us-news\/nyc-cops-shoot-machete-wielding-stabber-at-grand-central-station-halting-weekend-trains\/\">According to the NY Post<\/a>, Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said officers \u201cattempted to deescalate\u201d and offered assistance, telling him \u201cWe are going to get you help.\u201d Instead, Fox 5 advanced toward the officers with the blade extended, forcing one detective to discharge his firearm twice, striking the rapper and ending the threat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/allhiphop.com\/tag\/mickey-factz\/\">Mickey Factz<\/a>, a respected rap veteran, confirmed on social media that Fox 5 was a Bronx rapper who struggled with mental health issues.<\/p>\n<p>Factz\u2019s acknowledgment brought attention to the tragedy, highlighting how mental illness can lead to devastating outcomes.
