Antonio Brown plans to resolve his Miami shooting case with a reduced plea involving the man who disrupted Kendrick Lamar\u2019s halftime show.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Antonio Brown<\/a> plans to take a plea deal in his Miami attempted murder case that his lawyer says would spare him prison time.<\/p>\n Attorney Mark Eiglarsh says prosecutors have offered to reduce the charge and seek probation, though the new charge and full terms remain undisclosed. Brown has not entered the plea, and a judge has not approved the agreement.<\/p>\n \u201cHe is not accepting this agreement because he suddenly agrees with the State\u2019s allegations,\u201d Eiglarsh said in a statement reported by NBC 6<\/a>. \u201cHe is accepting it because the State made him an offer he couldn\u2019t refuse. There is a profound difference between believing you can win a case and deciding that you and your family cannot afford to spend another year, or potentially several years, wearing an ankle monitor and fighting it.\u201d<\/p>\n The case began with a confrontation outside a celebrity boxing event in Miami\u2019s Little Haiti neighborhood in May 2025. Prosecutors allege Brown fired two shots toward Zul-Qarnain Kwame Nantambu, who told investigators a bullet grazed his neck.
