He claimed it wasn\u2019t a coordinated hit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe never knew who was going to get it. you trying to come down here like J Prince or something. We ain\u2019t going for that,&#8217;\u201d White stated. He even mentioned he planned to make a song about the shooting to boost his music career.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI was gonna make a song about it, but I ain\u2019t really get a chance to,\u201d he said. \u201cI was going to blow up off that, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">White also said Boosie\u2019s companions never returned fire and claimed he had several opportunities before finally opening fire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI had one, two, three. I had three opportunities before I even shot him cuz them [people] that he was with didn\u2019t even do nothing. They didn\u2019t shoot back. They didn\u2019t do nothing,\u201d White stated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shooting happened November 14, 2020, near Big T Plaza in Dallas as Boosie visited the city following MO3\u2019s November 11 killing. Dallas police responded around 2 P.M. but found no victim, suspect or crime scene before officers later encountered Boosie at a hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police said Boosie refused to provide information about who shot him, where the shooting occurred or other details investigators sought. Boosie\u2019s manager identified him as the victim, while authorities confirmed he had suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The violence followed MO3\u2019s killing on Interstate 35E, where prosecutors say White pursued the rapper on foot after both men stopped their vehicles. MO3, whose legal name was Melvin Noble, tried to escape before White caught him and fired repeatedly in broad daylight.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Dallas County District Attorney\u2019s Office later said investigators uncovered what prosecutors describe as a murder-for-hire plan connected to MO3\u2019s feud with Yella Beezy.
