It is asking the court to end both cases without allowing yet another rewrite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The women say <a href=\"https:\/\/allhiphop.com\/NEWS\/ROC-NATION-ACCUSED-OF-EXPLOITING-BIKINI-MODELS-TO-SELL-MEGAN-THEE-STALLION-SWIMWEAR\/\">they signed up for social media ads<\/a>, then saw their faces on billboards and in other sales pitches. Roc Nation says that fight belongs with the firms that booked the shoot and handled the photo rights.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRoc Nation was party to neither,\u201d its lawyers wrote of the booking terms and photo deal. Both suits name Roc Nation alone. The models say the deal placed strict limits on where the images could run. Both filed suit that December.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The latest filing puts Delacruz\u2019s pay at $5,000, plus an agency fee. Wade received $8,750, plus a 20% agency fee. The women claim the campaign went far past what those checks covered.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They point to billboards in Times Square, Miami, Los Angeles and Houston. Their claims also cover online store ads, Walmart-linked promotions and a Rolling Stone shopping story.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megan\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/megan-thee-stallion-launches-self-designed-swimwear-brand-hot-girl-summer-with-18-size-inclusive-pieces-available-for-purchase-exclusively-at-walmart-on-may-19-302455882.html\">launch announcement<\/a> set a May 19, 2025, debut for the line\u2019s first 18 pieces. The swimsuits went on sale through nearly 500 Walmart stores and online.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Hot Girl Summer by Megan Thee Stallion at Miami Paraiso Spring\/Summer 2025 | FashionTV | FTV\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DoygLy2k2uc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delacruz asked for at least $25,000, plus an agency fee, for wider use of her photos in June 2025. Her agency sent a cease-and-desist demand in August.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roc Nation says the woman still hasn\u2019t shown that it chose where the ads ran. It also disputes the claim that copying its staff on an email proves it called the shots.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The models have dropped their contract and federal false-ad claims. Their two claims left in each suit focus on the use of their faces beyond what they say they approved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roc Nation says the women agreed to pose for ads and got paid. It argues their fight is over the deal\u2019s limits. \u201cThe scope of booking terms is a contract question, full stop,\u201d its lawyers wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company also says federal copyright law blocks the remaining claims over the photos.
