Introducing the BERHANYER Collection +01_FW 2024/2025, the latest from Sergio De Lázaro, Creative Director of BERHANYER and OTRURA. Since September 2023, De Lázaro has been entrusted with the creative helm of the House, bringing nearly two decades of experience from iconic brands such as Hermès and Christian Dior.
Born in Madrid and a specialist in leather goods, tailoring, couture, and Haute Horlogerie, De Lázaro presents his second award-winning collection, securing the prestigious L’Oréal Paris award for Best Collection and Designer at Madrid Fashion Week for the second time in February 2024.
The collection, titled “CIRCULO,” explores the duality of the circle as a symbol of both closure and protection. It reflects contrasts between isolation and unity, imperfection and excellence, blending organic and abstract elements that invite us to confront our essence.
Expect to see the evolution of the new BERHANYER silhouette, filled with curves and tangencies, gaps and transparencies. The collection celebrates sensuality and self-awareness, appealing to those who embrace their authenticity with humor and grace. Natural materials like cotton poplin, cool wool, and silk organza meet innovative fabrics with metallic finishes and iridescent denim.
The color palette draws inspiration from the Mediterranean coast, with soft chalky blues and gold contrasts, pinstripes, and dynamic black and navy tones.
