Dennis found this convertible 1983 Buick Riviera at Cruise the Gorge in The Dalles, Oregon. The American Sunroof Corporation (ASC) was contracted by Buick to produce the rare and expensive 1982-1986 Buick Riviera Convertible, which was the first factory-authorized convertible version of the luxury car to be sold. This was the most expensive car in GM’s 1983 lineup at over $25,000!
