After a day of mixed messaging on the state of the Strait of Hormuz, US President Donald Trump says he’s still optimistic about talks with Tehran, saying that negotiation with Iranian officials is ongoing. His comments come hours after the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps announced they’re re-establishing control over the Strait of Hormuz.
